Team Tails was founded with a singular mission: to strip away the elitism of competitive debate and replace it with pure, meritocratic excellence.
We noticed that the most critical skills required for global leadership—structured thinking, strategic framing, and persuasive communication—were locked behind closed doors. We broke those doors down.
Today, Team Tails operates as a sprawling network of debaters, Model UN delegates, and public speakers competing and winning at the highest levels across the country.
Obsession
There are no shortcuts to total mastery. We out-work, out-research, and out-prepare the competition.
Structure
Chaos loses. We build ironclad logical frameworks that are impossible to dismantle.
Legacy
We don't just win for today. We build systems, curriculum, and mentorship that will last generations.
